1. Definitions

  • “Client” refers to the person or entity booking services from SmartLens360.

  • “Services” refers to 360° photo booth rental and photography services.

  • “Agreement” refers to the confirmed booking or signed contract.


2. Booking & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the event.

  • Bookings are only confirmed once the deposit has been received.


3. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 14 days before the event may be refunded (excluding deposit).

  • Cancellations within 14 days are non-refundable.

  • If SmartLens360 must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided.


4. Event Requirements

  • Clients must ensure a minimum space of 3m x 3m for booth setup.

  • Access to a standard 13A power supply is required at the venue.

  • The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows equipment setup and operation.


5. Use of Photos & Videos

  • Media captured at events may be used in our portfolio or on social media only with client consent.

  • Clients can opt out of public sharing at the time of booking or any time afterward.


6. Client Responsibilities

  • Ensure guest behaviour does not damage equipment.

  • Inform us in advance of venue access, stairs, setup limitations, etc.

  • Provide accurate event details (date, time, location).


7. Damage & Liability

  • Clients will be liable for any damage caused to equipment due to negligence or misuse.

  • SmartLens360 will not be held responsible for technical failure due to venue power issues or conditions beyond our control (e.g., extreme weather, delays from venue staff).


8. Service Duration

  • Standard hire includes 1 hours of continuous service unless otherwise stated.

  • Additional time is available upon request for an additional fee.


9. Force Majeure

SmartLens360 is not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our control (e.g., fire, flood, illness, national emergencies).


10. Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated periodically. We advise reviewing this page before booking. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the current version.
