At SmartLens360, we strive to provide an exceptional experience through our 360° Photo Booth Rentals and Photography Services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please refer to our refund policy below:


1. Deposits

  • A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

  • The deposit secures your date and covers initial setup, consultation, and administration costs.

  • If you cancel your booking after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.


2. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

Within 7–14 days of event 50% refund of total amount paid
Less than 7 days before event No refund available

3. Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to date availability.

  • If the new date is unavailable, the standard cancellation terms will apply.


4. Service Failure by SmartLens360

  • If we are unable to attend or provide services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

  • This does not apply to issues outside our control (e.g., severe weather, venue restrictions, client failure to provide access or power).


5. No-Shows & Partial Services

  • If we arrive and are unable to operate due to venue restrictions or lack of power, no refund will be given.

  • If services are cut short due to client or venue delays, no partial refunds will be provided.


6. Refund Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
