At SmartLens360, we strive to provide an exceptional experience through our 360° Photo Booth Rentals and Photography Services. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please refer to our refund policy below:
1. Deposits

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.

The deposit secures your date and covers initial setup, consultation, and administration costs.

If you cancel your booking after paying the deposit, the deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
2. Cancellations & Refund Eligibility

More than 14 days before event | Full refund minus deposit |
Within 7–14 days of event | 50% refund of total amount paid |
Less than 7 days before event | No refund available |
3. Rescheduling

You may reschedule your booking free of charge with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to date availability.

If the new date is unavailable, the standard cancellation terms will apply.
4. Service Failure by SmartLens360

If we are unable to attend or provide services due to unforeseen circumstances on our part, a full refund (including deposit) will be issued.

This does not apply to issues outside our control (e.g., severe weather, venue restrictions, client failure to provide access or power).
5. No-Shows & Partial Services

If we arrive and are unable to operate due to venue restrictions or lack of power, no refund will be given.

If services are cut short due to client or venue delays, no partial refunds will be provided.
6. Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days using the original payment method.
